About our services

TruckStone Logistics is a licensed freight brokerage. We arrange transportation of freight by contracting with third-party motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not transport freight with our own equipment.

Freight services arranged through us are governed by our separate broker-shipper or broker-carrier agreements, rate confirmations and applicable transportation law — not by these website terms.

Quotes and pricing

Rates quoted through this website or by our staff are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on actual material, weight, distance, wait time, site conditions, fuel costs and market capacity.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. A load is only booked once we issue and both parties accept a written confirmation.

Use of this website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit, including carrier authority, insurance and equipment details.
